• Single SMS Message. Configure and send a text message to a single recipient either immediately or queue the text for delivery at a time and date in the future.
• Bulk SMS Messaging. Quickly configure and send the same text message to any number of recipients. Built in address book allows you to select entire groups of recipients with a single click.
• Message Templates. Create a library of regularly used message templates and reuse these to save time when compiling text messages.
• Message Queue. You can review, edit and delete queued messages before they are sent.
• Personal Reminders. Save and queue messages to remind yourself of important appointments and events.
• Address Book. Save and edit your contacts and create workgroups to organise your address book. This is also be used to automatically save the details of contacts received through inbound SMS from competitions, voting and more. Share details with others in your account or keep as private contacts.
• Address Book Preferences. Personalise your address book to display only the information you wish to see.
• Address Book Import. Import your existing Microsoft® Outlook® or Outook Express® address books and import these into your account.
• Email Alerts. Enable our servers to monitor your email inbox and automatically send you a text if you receive an email that matches your criteria. From the text you can read the email with a web enabled phone.
• Text 2 Email. Configure your account to accept an incoming text message from your mobile phone, convert this to an email and forward it to the recipient specified in the text message.
• Competitions. Configure and run your own competitions, create marketing lists and raise revenue through premium rate messaging. Use our RSS feed to display live stats on your own website or via a linked webpage to show entry trends.
• Account Details. Manage your own account and keep your company's details up to date.
• Passwords. Manage login details and create security questions as an alternative login should you forget your password.
• Users and Privileges. Create and manage a multi-user account by giving access to others and controlling what they are allowed to do.
• Account Messages. A quick and easy way to read messages that we send you to help you manage and get the most out of your account.
• Pay Invoices. A convenient and secure means for paying your invoices quickly by using a credit or debit card or with your PayPal® account.
• Buy Credits. Top up your SecureText account and save money by buying message credits in bulk. Unlike many others our credits do not have an expiry date and remain in your account until used.
• Usage Report. Keep track of how many texts you have used, who sent them, when and what was in the message. Gives you total control over your account and what others are using it for.
