Our email to text (and vice versa) service allows you to keep in touch and stay informed wherever you happen to be. You can include one or more email accounts and our system will regularly check your inboxes for new emails. You can configure your account to send you a text alert for new emails, send the first part of the email (plus sender’s details), or send the entire email. So that you are not interrupted by spam or unimportant emails our system allows you to define lists of words and senders that must be in the received email, and only forwards those emails which match your criteria. This flexibility allows you to remain in control and target those emails which are important to you.

Send emails from your mobile phone by including a keyword and target email address at the start of your message. Our system will receive and automatically read your email message, extract the recipient's address and forward the email from our server. Multiple recipients can be defined by simply including more email addresses at the start of your message.

The beauty of this system is that there’s no need to buy and maintain any new equipment or expensive phones. You simply continue to use your existing mobile and let our servers do the work. You can also continue to use your existing email address(es) so there’s no need to change your contact details.

Many campaigns include multiple methods for the customer to respond. For example you could run a vote where participants can submit their choice by text, email or via your website. Email to text allows you to combine all votes into a single count and provide a running total with real-time up to date statistics.

The entire process is fully automated so the only people that read the email are the sender and recipient(s).
